Support Funding

Person-Centred Approach
The NDIS operates on a person-centred model, meaning that supports & services are tailored to each individual’s requirements, goals, & aspirations. It focuses on empowering participants to exercise choice and control over their supports.
Individualised Plans
Participants work with NDIS planners to develop individualised plans that outline their goals, needs, and desired outcomes. These plans serve as a roadmap for accessing appropriate supports & services to achieve those goals
Core Supports
The NDIS provides funding for core supports, which include assistance with daily activities, personal care, access to the community, & support to achieve personal goals.
Capacity Building Supports
The NDIS also funds capacity building supports, which are aimes at developing an individual’s skills, independence, & social inclusion. These supports can include assistance with education, employment, training, & therapy services.
Support Coordination
NDIS participants can access support coordination services, which assist in navigating & coordinating their supports & services. Support Coordinators work with participants to connect them with suitable providers, manage funding, & ensure a seamless delivery of services
